That's a huge percentage.
They're doubling down. Total held is still nearly 21m last reported. I suspect they've got one final chance - either the hope the whole market crashes or the hope that PMVs sales are slowing.
They're likely counting on the lack of news as being a sign that the company isn't thriving as much. I suspect they're wrong.
