I cannot see why would CEO announcement be marked as market or price sensitive. It is common knowledge and should not have immediate effect on the business performance. Sure, market participants react to such news, but is not market or price sensitive. Price sensitive announcement are usually unknown events, take overs, mergers, all financial reporting etc. I could be wrong but that is my understanding. Companies may decide to call other non market sensitive announcements as market sensitive, but by ASX definition they are not. Just my understanding and I could b wrong
