    This is a good point.

    the same people that make share price go up, also make it go down.

    by that mechanism, they can short, and make money, whilst reducing the price to a point where they deem fit to buy at bargain prices.

    if you are sailing the seas, be grateful for the calm in the storm provided by these charlatans.
