As of May 15th, we have 124,230 shorted shares (ATHE), more than double the number we had two weeks earlier. No wonder SP is not moving any higher from these levels, now 4.28 and 2 weeks ago 3.73. $ 12 was the goal of an expert predictor by now, but even the previous prediction of $ 8 is still quite far, despite most of us here on this board, as well as Stamler and Claassen, being convinced that 434 will be approved in 6 months.
