Don't be obsessed, directors ownership is a really good sign " if you excluded the shares owned by directors, hence the obsession! "
Certainly it reduces liquidity and increases volatility but that should not bother long term holders. I've put up with the volatility with WTC for years- where the founder owns 46% of the shares and the top 4 holders own 66%. WTC its does OK, except when the shorters like J Cap come around to scare a few of the smaller retail holders out of the tree and open up a buying opportunity for the long term holders.
