i dont think those shorting affects year end target, i would keep my previous share price esitmation at $13-14 by end of year if ddr achieve 10-15% profit growth, $17 if 25% profit growth but 25% is hard
shorting might be part of the trading strategy of those big money, or maybe, it's a policital game... i personally prefer the latter
