Prob the chance of interest rate hikes in the US could be impacting high yield stocks like DDR. We certainly benefited when they were coming down over the last few years.
But still expecting strong outcomes from DDR. There is a bit of noise in between earnings announcements but fundamentally DDR have not missed a beat for a long time and I don't expect that to change anytime soon.
