Although valid I would not expect foreign interest rates to have much direct effect on DDR's price, the concept and expected flow on here, may.

I am highly confident the battle of the shorting bears is very much still raging but will inevitably come to an end. I am also highly confident the 2 ghost seller bids at $11.20 2x26,041=52,082 (40% of the sellers column) is just an manipulation attempt to keep the price down.

Also on another note and with no intended inference the current 3y chart pattern is very much replicating
