My guess is there was a margin call on the shorts at about 10.30am this morning on Afterpay , Zip and Dickers as they all had share price and volume spikes at the same time. For example, DDR below.
So given the follow through buying in all three stocks for the rest of the day have a look tomorrow morning again if there is another share volume but\y spike due to another margin call on the shorts.
