If you want a conservative dividend policy you have come to the wrong company.
DDR pays out 100% of earnings and has done so for as long as I know so don't expect them to change.
David Dicker doesn't draw a wage but benefits like all of us from this policy.
This has not stopped growth at all, both in earnings or divs so it just shows what an incredible control management have on the company.
