Whilst I've never said I hate this shorter, and yes I have bought a few more at these low prices, I do believe it is extremely unfair that one person can short a stock for an undefinete period of time without having to outlay capital to take the postition like buyers do. This one shorter, whoever he/she/them is caused me to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars (paper losses only), but was then able to make a direct deal with the CEO to cover some of their losses. Its not a fair and equal game. So If I wanted to buy a house right now, and therefore needed to sell, i'm still 200k worse off due to this guy. Luckily I'm not in a hurry.....
