I've had a small holding in DDR for some time.I see it as of medium value at current prices.
However, theatricals are not looking good. There has been a classic top out pattern (though the volume is not perfect). Once the price went under $9.80, I was out. May consider buying back in around $7 mark. A year long uptrend also got broken back in Feb. The combined of these both swayed me.
