It is growing, but i wouldn't be surprised to see flat earnings compared to last Q1 due to stock availability creating a backlog.
Demand still seems strong. Look for an entry point if market shows any signs of overreaction. Momentum may be weak now, but long term, DDR positioning as the market leader for the region.
