jr, I've contemplated this for months. The chances of 10 Tbills going under 2.4% again is almost non-existent.
I think it's not the type of bond but the combo of leverage, point of entry to lowest recent point, margin and history of instrument.
Now a question: what instrument do you feel would fill that criteria?
Time wise I would say any time from now.
