If the loans are falsely categorised as investors and CBA helps switch them to Owner Occupier, then they are not complicit in falsifying. How the heck would CBA know if you lie on the forms, not their fault, individuals should be prosecuted not CBA. The only crime CBA is guilty of is trying to make money, which is increasingly difficult in an Australia which is becoming increasingly left wing.
