Short Company Overview Mark II, page-2

As a side note the reason for the re-write is due to a few folk nit picking at some very insignificant details so i have tried to lay this out a bit more clearly than the original post. I think you will find this post and the original one are pretty much identical but i have made the wording around the capital structure more specific and added in a couple of extra details. I think there were a couple of copy and paste errors from my original research notes i had in notepad when i was transferring them to hot copper.
