What a joke the whole debacle is. I have never seen such incompetence in a Government plan, well maybe I have, however this is very unprofessional, and a waste of taxpayers money. Nobody wants to form a "best for all" broadband plan. There are far too many egos involved. It's a Ruddy disgrace!
