Short Covering Continues

Short covering continues 30 April there were 21.4m shares short sold 8 days later just 7.45m shares short sold.

Just looking at the build up of short interest in the attached chart it seems it started around May last year when the stock price was at all time highs, strangely there were a lot of shares sold short during the lower share price action when shorts peaked at 32million shares. Sell high and buy back lower is the short sellers mantra - now they have been buying at the upper range doesn't make for a great trade does it.

One can only wonder how those short trades came about.
