    Hi gassin123, they will burn for sure.

    The longer they stretch the rubber band, the worse the recoil.

    Those BREE numbers weren't plucked out of thin air.

    They are consensus numbers (badly needed by a governement with a fiscal crisis, a $50B budget blackhole and structure economic decline).
