Black swan has held since $2.00 and collected close to 100% of his outlay in fully franked dividends throughout his holding period. Whats more he has ridden the stock for a 10 fold increase and is yet to pay any tax on his gain. And if he does decide to take some profit he gets a 50% discount because he's held if for over a year.
You on the other hand trade in imbecilic intervals and then get buried by capital gains tax at your full marginal tax rate (that's assuming you manage to get in and out with a profit).
