The thread title is confusing, and your post does nothing to resolve it. Short traders have to buy stock to cover their positions, which puts upward pressure on the stock price, but we have seen downward movement. It would make more sense if you were saying that short selling is over, implying that there will be less downward pressure now and it would be a good time to pick up some bargains before the shorters start covering.
