Notice the volume really kicked in when the price went higher - obvious sign of shorts exiting. Also was funny to see right on the close, the gold price spiked up straight away.
But NCM reports tomorrow, obviously the shorts don't want to be holding in case their interim results are above expectations.
Still early to call this one over.
