I am pretty sure they have all the approvals that are needed.As I understand it there are three TO groups of which two are in agreement with BRU, and no one group has title covering the entire Laurel. There are numerous attractive Laurel targets that can be tested now.
ES has bent over backwards to provide independent information on fraccing and in working closely with the TO's. In fact he has been too accommodating and too nice and spent years on getting approvals, but there comes a time when it is simply time to act. I don't believe a single TO group will , or is allowed to prevent progress.
