And I think that the JARE debt cash sweep has to be followed prior to that. I don't have the exact details handy but repayment of JARE principal took priority over things like paying dividends or buying back bonds should cash be available. It was in those documents released last year announcing the refinance.
I agree its unlikely the JARE debt will be repaid before 2020 and if it was then I imagine MtK will have well and truly converted as the SP would be taking off.
