I suspect that the short thesis is that following first revenue from a licence agreement or NRE payment the market has an actual figure to hang its hat on.
As those initial numbers won't be huge they think it's likely the market will get bored and sell it off.
A buyout is always a consideration seeing as when the selector is completed with discreet in the market revenue will be massive.
Interesting to see what happens between now and then.
