Usually when there is a change in price (surge or drop) around 12:05pm it is Fool service sending out tip email to buy or sell (they send at 12pm). Fool or someone similar probably recommended WBT buy in one of their risk categories subscription emails.
Last time it was different on the day of CR and it was visible with large volumes.
