The risks being taken by shorters is quite extraordinary imo. The tech is qualified and a tier 1 signing is expected any day. Shorters must be turning their computers on in the morning with great trepidation ... praying there will not be a TH or announcement in which a Samsung or an Intel is mentioned.
The risk of such an announcement landing is much greater than one not landing.
