This is very well written out and provides an outlook of the current situation.
I think a key point is the fact we are still looked after by small accountants and lawyers. After multiple governance issues I think the time has come to upgrade to a decent service provider. We clearly have the funds after the recent raise. I think it would be good to avoid these needless issues moving forward as it makes us look like a small company rather than the Global leafer we want to be long term.
