The 4C announcement is guaranteed by this coming Monday at the latest ... and Coby will be presenting on Tuesday pre- market open, which will no doubt given a much clearer picture re the road ahead and the status of negotiations with the Tier 1's and technical advances. There may also be a separate announcement re a Tier 1's agreement released any time between now and Coby's Tuesday presentation.
It's why I smile quietly to myself when I read shorters continue to ply their trade because I can't imagine they don't feel at least a pang of nervousness when they wake up in the mornings. The gamble they are taking is immense imo. Perhaps that's why volume is low today. Even so ... there will soon be some very sorry sellers and shorters imo.
