I'm not a shorter but I wouldn't be hanging my hat on 5 of the red flags for any long period of time personally.
I'm not clear on what is meant by low fixed charge cover.
You could probably through a dart and hit any listed ASX company for 8 Flags+ (and I only count 7?):
- Negative CFO?
- Very large issuance?
- Very low market share? (which is as a result of 5. Zero revenue).
- Highly shorted (circular reference / self fulfilling prophecy).
