In 2018 I started investing in the asx and used stop losses thinking it was the safe and responsible thing to do. Then in 2019/20 got stopped out (of this stock) and it immediately started a run. I waited for it to come back down and it never did. My initial parcel was around 40c, it's taken me 3 years and a bunch of money to get my shares back. I'll never use a stop loss again. Those things are targets for bots. Just buy, hold, watch, sell. nfa
