We have occasionally seen a dip like that but it has often been followed by a rise next day. See Fri 13 Oct / Monday 16 Oct for an example. That suggests somebody missed submitting a report but caught up a day late.
On the other hand, as Yite suggests, it might be the start of a very welcome trend. Here's hoping.
