Maybe its the start of a downward a trend. The shorts peaked at 7.97% on 26 Oct, which would have been known on 31 Oct (4 day average, delayed). Since then we've had the announcement of first revenues. Its hard to imagine why anyone would be taking out new short positions after the big announcement of the DB HiTek contract, and first revenues, and with more news expected to come this quarter.
