If you watch the link in above post Xi Jing stated it earlier in the year (which in itself curious and raises questions as to what he has in mind) - but there has been numerous folk in interviews mentioning they expect some type of major event (think the recent Afghan debacle and why that was allowed to occur). The very definition of a Black Swan is that it comes out of left-field and so by me saying I have no literal clue what or when is all I can say! Anyhow, I'm digressing too far off the WBT thread here and so need to keep my counsel!
