It is actually very easy to get rid of corruption and manipulation via an open trading and settlement platform. The ASX is a closed platform so there is zero transparency which is of course what the top end of town want.
ISX shareholders watched as the company was targeted for complete destruction for trying to bring in a DLT trading and settlement system for partner NSX which was to be an open platform to compete with the ASX. That was in early 2019. ISX was suspended in Oct 2019 and managed to escape the clutches of ASIC/ASX who colluded to suspend ISX with no evidence as per Fed Crt discovery documents from ASIC. Amazingly the defendant, ASX, had no documentation for their suspension of a $1Bill company. Anyone believe that?
To give you an indication of the level of corruption, ASIC's legal department ruled that ISX/NSX was not a competitor to ASX. That has just been overturned at the Fed Crt 4 yrs later.
So a short report that was all lies is commissioned by a still unknown party and ISX trades 400mill shares in 4 weeks after trading 800mill in 4 yrs before that. Both ASIC/ASX believed the shorters, destroyed 10000 retail investors and this still profitable banktech company is now lost to Aus forever and killing it in EU with open banking. Not one allegation from Aus authorities has been proven and no investigation into the shorts has ever happened even with Fed Crt evidence it was an organised hit job.
So who stood to gain from this online banktech, KYC, highest level AML technology company that was trying to bring in a open based fairer trading platform with same day settlement for KYC vetted investors in full compliance with AML regulations that ASX, Banks and the big end of town could only dream of.
Australia is corrupt with systems designed to protect well connected wrongdoers and keep everyone else in the dark.
And if you trust the system and don't believe that please explain how David McBride, the whistle-blower, who reported murderous war criminals and their complicit commanders right to the top, is the only one being prosecuted while actual murderers get off scot free. Or Richard Boyle how exposed illegal behaviour at the ATO but was ignored whistle blew and is now on trial while those doing the illegality to Australian citizens got off scot free. When you prosecute whistle-blowers you send a message that it is not wise to expose the powerful as they will destroy you.
