I remember a time when it was a highly illegal practice in most of the world's markets. Somehow the big end of town convinced legislators across the globe that it was a necessary part of a modern economy. In many cases governments just capitulated because they were powerless to stop it. Well it wouldn't surprise me if we go full circle.
