you could argue that & maybe even trade it as a setup. It would require a lot of testing to be something worth investing in however - if you applied this setup to another stock do you think you'd buy it or would you want some more positive signals?
Personally I think that what you've said is more your belief and would be very difficult to prove as correct. Markets are more complex.You could expand on the idea more and test it if that level of investing or trading interests you.
