don't think it's at all likely
- there is no market application data available on the memory from a foundry, customer or otherwise which makes it a non entity in commercial TO terms at this point
- it has not proved itself as flash replacement memory yet other than the test bench -
- once a customer signs on AND volume production occurs very different story as the volume price / cost benefit reveals margin v current tech
add into that scale cost saving on existing wafer scaling costs and the numbers really start to shine
