Possibility that some arrangement had been made with a substantial short on Friday , the 353k shorted are significantly less than the 1.1m that traded in the close out.
ie try and keep a lid on share price during the day by selling additional shorts prior to closing out in the close out auction. Be a bold play leading into a weeks personal investor briefing and meetings with fund managers!
It will be interesting to see the net position when its available....
