Agreed deco and perhaps I do not fully appreciate the impact. But, damage is being done purposefully. At any time the fed will be waiting to pump money in if Trump doesnt ease on Tariffs. He will and knows this, he cares too much about the markets and is almost forcing the hand to lower interest rates. There is a bit of a standoff with Powell right now, this creates uncertainty in addition to the tariffs. Wild times for sure, and now perhaps markets will be falling for a while off the back of our election here too, so yeah, a bit of a concern(warranted or not). One thing for sure is that wbt may benefit from all of this, Coby mentioned recently companies think this might be the competitve advantage they are looking for - out of any possible downturn. But again while the fed is printing the tickets, and even with the debt US crisis in mind, I cant see too many probs over an investor period. Even in the event of a minor downturn of a few years. Maybe overly positive here but hey, worth considering.
