Accumulation and distribution algos square off all day every day - the total picture of their interactions is what is worth looking at over a long time frame. Trying to pick the meaning behind individual small size orders is a mugs game imo.
Hiding your accumulation can be somewhat easier at the start of a campaign but it doesn't take long for the chart to show where you are prepared to step in. It's a really interesting subject to study and can give your trading a slight edge.
