That would be terrible. Have you looked at other TO offers for listed companies? They're usually for 30-100% premium, so for us right now say $10. That would be bitterly disappointing. And the risk is the big institutions would vote yes to lock in a "good" return.
Most LTHs are hoping for shares trading at $100+ in the coming 3-5 years.
