Sadly, there is no limit or time frame. BRN currently have $130m shares shorted...7.4% of the company. Thus why is at a 2 year low.
Don't think this will occur in WBT...it appear as though only the index300 buyers are lenders of their stock and at bets guess that around 18m shares. Give the two large crosses. Thats just a guess.
