Remember the current board that is chock full of engineers and industry legends are the ones that have overseen the company to its present position, having overseen the development of a ReRam memory technology that actually works at a commercial level, then taped out to Skywater and finally achieve full qualification. This is nothing less than an amazing achievement for a small company. Frankly, I don't want to see the current board replaced by lawyers/investment bankers/corporate financiers. If WBT needs those skill sets, they should just hire them directly. Don't put them in charge of the company.
