    @danabaa your first post said the 23m was possibly a short covering and then your next post an increased holding ?

    Which one is it, if it is the short covering they had already sold the 23m and had to buy back and repay the lender [even if it is to themselves] at some time, accordingly if that is the case it cannot be an increase in holdings ?
