An investor is some one who thinks the price will go up.
its abit like black and white, none is better then the other just different.
it makes you wonder though as you never see the evil black shorters saying at the end of a bull rally that they are looking to the longs to burn as the tide turns.
You do how ever read plenty of posts from the good white longs wishing the evil black shorters will burn.
