I agree 100%. the liquidity argument IMHO is bulls**t and is only a smokescreen for utilising stock to manipulate SP. If I don't physically own a property or have title to it (infact if I don't have title to a car or whatever else)I cannot sell it without commiting fraud. Why any different here.
