BNY Mellon do not personally own the 5.26m shares included in the substantial notice. They hold the shares in a custodial arrangement and represent the ADRs traded on the Nasdaq under CLVLY & CLVLF.
The share trades represent trades by parties other than BNYM.
The holding had existed for many years and had not previously disclosed in a substantial notice and believe ASIC chased BNYM to lodge such holdings for a number of other ASX stocks as well at that time where BNYM also holds as custodian.
