I completed a Bachelor of Business with a major in Property, specialising in valuation. Similar degrees are available throughout Aus.
I use a number of sources including RP Data but most importantly i deal with it every day. i hear what is driving demand from the horse's mouth, and what owners expectations really are. my information is not confined to the latest journalist article in the local rag.
i am slowly warming to purchasing a residence in the next 12 months. sentiment is certainly improving, flow on effects from the stock market are assisting.
whilst the growth of our mining sector is likley to slow over coming years, the revenues generated certainly are not.
i believe property will come back into vogue through certain sectors, however one must also remember that profits are made when you purchase not when you sell.
