I held SBM and sold imediately on the Allied acquisition .
Hard to believe the stupidity of some management sometimes in buying sub economic or borderline economic projects .
As far as the $100 m quality assets ...I'm only seeing borderline grade mines offered which could be a good investment if the GP heads far enough in the right direction or possibly trouble if not .
But a junior with a good project dilutes hugely to get it into production and I was thinking RMS could have something to offer there in a merger if management (of the junior) were truly to consider best shareholder outcome (rather than best directors outcome ). Pardon my cynicism !
RMS is not big enough market cap to swamp the junior but there is cash and cashflow to develop new mines .
But what do I know ?
